Manchester United FC have been linked to several left-backs this summer but have failed to sign a defender this transfer window. The Red Devils have been closely linked with the likes of Alex Telles lately but have failed to agree on a fee with Porto. It is now being reported by The Sun that the Red Devils are now monitoring Tagliafico’s situation at Ajax.
The Red Devils have been closely linked with Alex Telles from the past week after Reguilon’s failed move to United. Telles has reportedly also agreed for a salary decided for the player. With only transfer fees to be agreed with Porto, it is believed that the Portuguese club are trying to play hardball as they want more cash.
It is now being reported United are monitoring Tagliafico’s situation at Ajax if the Telles deal fails. Nicolas Tagliafico has been linked to several clubs this season, including the likes of Leicester City, Chelsea and Tottenham. Tagliafico is elder that Telles, but sighting the good relationship between Ajax and United, this might be a deal easy to complete for the Red Devils.
United should focus on Alex Telles rather than Tagliafico as the former is a better player and will come in cheaper for the Red Devils.
