Manchester United FC face Brighton and Hove Albion later tonight in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup, in the Amex Arena. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made several changes to the side that faced the same opposition in the Premier League last weekend. The likes of Dean Henderson, Eric Bailly, Juan Mata, Fred and Odion Ighalo come back to the starting XI along with some surprising starters.

Diogo Dalot, Victor Lindelof and Dan James also make their way into the starting XI, which no one could have predicted. Dalot and James have been linked to moves away from Old Trafford, even though their deals haven’t materialized yet. Dalot will have a golden chance to impress Solskjaer, who doesn’t think that the Portuguese right-back is a part of his plans.
Fred and McTominay will anchor the midfield as predicted earlier and will look to get their form back. The spotlight will be on Eric Bailly though, who is pushing for a starting position alongside Harry Maguire in the main team. Van de Beek and Mata will be given the responsibility to create chances for United and Ighalo will look to end his goal drought.
Brighton will be tough to beat, just like the weekend, but it is expected of the Red Devils to come out victorious.
