Next up for Manchester United, the Red Devils play hosts to Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir as the Champions League returns to Old Trafford. The win against West Bromwich Albion a couple of days ago in the Premier League will only help the confidence of the squad. The last time these two sides locked horns, the Turkish club shocked the Red Devils with a scoreline of 2-1.
This time around, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be eager to take all three points as Manchester United will be expected to win at Old Trafford. The Norwegian will be expected to chop and change things in the midweek game with Cavani likely to get a Manchester United debut. Dean Henderson might also get a rare United start in the Champions League game like he did the last time around.
Istanbul Basaksehir will look to replicate their performance of Turkey, as they are very likely to come out with the same game plan. They will sit back deep and use the pace they have up front in counter-attacks. But Basaksehir will have to be wary of the threat Manchester United possess.
WHEN AND WHERE?
Date – 24th November Tuesday
Time – 8:00 PM BST

TEAM NEWS –
Manchester United will be without Luke Shaw and the likes of Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic will be doubts for the game. Juan Mata will be expected to sit out the game as he was terrible the last time these two sides faced each other. Other than that, the rest of the team will be fit to face the Turkish club.
Axel Tuanzebe might also be present in the United starting lineup with niggles to Maguire and Lindelof. Van de Beek is also very likely to start for the Red Devils in the game in midweek.
