In his latest interview with Mundo Deportivo, Eric Bailly has talked about the Manchester United dressing room under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Eric Bailly was thought to be the answer to Manchester United’s defensive woes after a poor start to the season. But Bailly failed to live up to the expectations and was injured while training about a month ago. Recently Bailly has started training with the rest of the squad and has talked about the morale of the squad under Solskjaer.
In his interview, Bailly said: “We have learned how to overcome adversity because the dressing room is with Solskjaer. He is a close guy who has a good relationship with everyone and understands the football player’s codes. He knows when one is not well and he has added a lot of value since he came.”
Eric Bailly might still be crucial to Manchester United this season, as games have come thick and fast and injuries have become a common trait. The defender has also been linked to a move elsewhere after failing to nail down a position at United despite staying at Old Trafford for quite a long time. But there is no doubt to the fact that Solskjaer has lifted the mood of the squad.
