Paul Pogba has returned to form and his link-up play with Bruno Fernandes seems to have got Manchester united and their season back on track.
Morale in the dressing room is really high and Manchester United is starting to look like genuine contenders for the title this season. They have an unbeaten streak of 12 games and held defending champions to a 0-0 draw in their backyard.
There have been many young signings joining the club as well as fringe players who will be departing the club in the summer. While fans are really happy with Pogba’s form Louis Saha still believes that Paul has more to offer
Louis Saha told the official Manchester United site, “I still think he’s got a good 20 % [more] to give to the team, fitness-wise.”
This current midfield has given Pogba a lot of freedom to roam around and do his thing without putting too much pressure solely on his shoulders. The other two sitting midfielders also allow him to go forward around the pitch.
Paul has had to fight from the virus and come back stronger and while many were questioning his mentality, he has given them a befitting reply as of now. Top-flight football can be really cruel at times.
One day you are a god and the other day you are meme material. There is a lot riding on footballers especially due to the highly inflated market and the signing fees that are involved.
Pogba has been linked to several clubs like Juventus and PSG but what remains to be seen is whether any move will materialize soon.
