Manchester United has been relatively quiet in this transfer period with only Amad Diallo being the high-profile transfer on the list.
In a time when big teams were scampering to try and add some reinforcement or forcing to make the most out of deadline day, there wasn’t a lot of hustle or chaos at Manchester United. This season Manchester United has been focussing a lot on departures as they have let some of the fringe players move on from the club which would also ease their situation financially as they have one of the highest wage bills.
Lianne Sanderson on Sky Sports said, “He has trimmed his squad for the run-in but l think the most exciting thing about the window is the arrival of Amad Diallo. All eyes are now on the summer window when Manchester United might need the final pieces in the jigsaw to make them title contenders next season.”
This helps the club come back stronger in the summer window where they would be in a better position to buy better players. They have also had a lot of young players come in recently intending to secure the future of the club.
Manchester United may have to splash the big bucks for a well-renowned striker or attacker who can hit the ground running along with someone who provides more defensive stability. Ole would definitely try to eye the summer transfer window to get these in place.
Many of the ex-players and pundits have lauded Manchester United for turning the tables after what was one of their worst starts to a season.
Despite their resurgence, it still feels that a few parts of the puzzle are still missing and the summer window may be a great place for the Red Devils to go at it again.
