David Beckham inducted into the Premier League Hall Of Fame

Legendary Manchester United midfielder David Beckham has become the eighth player to be given a spot in the Premier League Hall of Fame.

The Premier League has respected Alan Shearer, Thierry Henry, Eric Cantona, Roy Keane, Frank Lampard, Dennis Bergkamp, and Steven Gerrard with a similar title.

Subsequent to getting through the ranks at the Red Devils, Beckham has appeared 265 times for the club during which he got 62 goals and given 80 assists. He turned into a critical piece of Sir Alex Ferguson’s squad and won the celebrated treble to mark his name in the club’s record books.

Subsequent to being drafted into the Premier League’s new Hall of Fame, Beckham offered his thanks to the fans.

While talking to the Premier League’s official website, David Beckham said: “It’s an honour to be inducted into the inaugural Premier League Hall of Fame alongside these legends of the game and league. The Premier League was such an important part of my career and life and I’m delighted to be recognized alongside these icons who I played with, competed with and looked up to. Those big rival games we won over the years against the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City, and Leeds – they are all my favourite moments from my career in the Premier League. They were intense games with the fans shouting through every second and we were so determined to win. Those are the memories and moments I’ll treasure forever as a player and still feel them now as a fan when United win. My career playing in the Premier League gave me some of the best moments of my life and it’s a privilege to be recognized in this way.”

Quite possibly the most popular moments of Beckham’s time at the club came when he scored a stunning goal from the midway line at Wimbledon. Throughout the years at the club, he turned into a dead-ball expert for Manchester United and England and kept on stunning fans by banging in some sensational goals.

In 2003, he left United to join Real Madrid prior to having brief stretches at LA Galaxy, AC Milan, and Paris Saint-Germain.

We Congratulate David Beckham for his achievements.
