As reported by The Mirror, Manchester United midfielder Donny Van de Beek is attracting interest from some of the top European clubs such as Barcelona, AC Milan, and Newcastle United.
The Dutch midfielder’s chances of playing first-team football at Manchester United is seriously hampered under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
He has started just three games this season, and Solskjaer has been reluctant to use him more often, even in games where the regular players are rested. The manager has been choosing Fred and Scott McTominay over the 24-year-old midfielder.
Donny Van de Beek once tormented opposition defenses when he played for Ajax in Eredivisie. His situation has been closely observed by many clubs and is interested in buying such quality and versatile midfielder in the upcoming transfer window.
The Mirror also claims that Van de Beek has insisted his agent look for a new club whether it is a permanent deal or a loan deal.

Barcelona is a serious contender and they want the young promising midfielder to pair up with Gavi and Pedri. It would be quite easy for Donny to accept a deal with them.
But the only matter is the financial crisis surrounding the club. A £20m fee will seal the deal, but Barcelona may look for a much cheaper deal.
AC Milan is also interested in his services and they have the financial strength to buy him the first time. They have a history of buying players who have been falling down the pecking order in their respective clubs.
Newcastle United under the management of their new owners is looking to build a top squad next season. They can flex their financial muscles in the upcoming transfer window. If Donny prefers to stay in England, then Newcastle could be a good choice for him as he will be a key member of their squad.
Ultimately it’s up to Solskjaer and his management to make a decision on his future. But this time, we expect them to release Van de Beek and let him explore his true potential.
