There are no second thoughts to the fact that Anthony Martial is the most loved, cheered and respected Red Devil by Manchester United fans. So much, that they have already freshened him up with a new nick name.
“French Ronaldo,” the name assigned by United fans to the Frenchman. So called Tony was assigned a new name when he took on twitter to congratulate Juan Mata for his performance against Fulham, the one which Martial had missed sustaining an injury.
Martial’s verified twitter handle wrote, El Mago( the magician) alongside a heart emoji that he had sent to Juan Mata, congratulating the Spaniard for his amazing performance.
Anthony Martial had to miss the game due to an injury otherwise United’s top scorer with a tally of 8 already in this season would have surely written his name on the scoresheet. Nevertheless, the fans cheered him up on Twitter by replying to his tweet with numerous amount of fans calling him French Ronaldo, certainly because of the form he is in and performances he has put in this season.
Let’s hope the Ronaldo from France helps United in achieving what the Portuguese galactic was largely successful in, league titles.
