According to SportBild, Borussia Dortmund are open to the idea of bringing Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho back to their club.
This comes in light of Sancho’s suspension by United due to a public outburst directed at manager Erik ten Hag after a game against Arsenal.
If the English star were to offer an apology, it might pave the way for his return to Man United’s first-team squad. However, as of now, he has not shown any signs of remorse for his comments.
Borussia Dortmund are said to be considering the idea of bringing back Sancho, which they find appealing given their current lack of a standout player. Karim Adeyemi has been experiencing a dip in form.
It is now said that Dortmund have inquired about Sancho but ultimately decided against signing him, citing financial problems and concerns related to his disciplinary issues.

The £39 million-rated star has been linked with a possible departure in the January transfer window due to his absence from the United squad.
Recently, there have been reports of Roma manager Jose Mourinho’s interest in signing the 23-year-old. If such a deal were to materialize, it might be a loan move, depending on Sancho accepting a reduction in his wages, similar to what Romelu Lukaku did.
While there is talk of a reunion with Dortmund, we believe that this move is unlikely. The German giants had concerns about the player’s discipline before his transfer to Old Trafford, and his high wages pose a significant obstacle for them.
Even if they pursue a loan deal, it would require United to cover 50 per cent of his wages during the loan period.
Sancho currently earns a basic salary of approximately £350,000 per week at United, whereas Sebastien Haller is the highest-paid player at Dortmund, earning £183,000 per week after Marco Reus took a pay cut.
It remains to be seen whether the Red Devils would be willing to contribute to Sancho’s wages if he considers a temporary move to an overseas club in the upcoming winter transfer window.
