Pogba Wants To Leave Manchester United Claims Stars’ Brother

According to his brother Mathias, French midfielder Paul Pogba is eager to leave Manchester United in the upcoming summer transfer window as he looks to play his football in the Champions League.

The 26-year-old Pogba has been at the center of much speculation and attraction over the course of the campaign, with his future up in the air at Old Trafford since saying he wanted a new challenge back in June.

The World Cup-winning superstar has been out of action for the Red Devils since December due to an ankle problem and has managed to make just seven Premier League appearances this season which is also a major problem considering the frustration he is causing off the pitch.

Prior to Manchester United’s 2-0 win over Frank Lampard’s Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola let rip at Norwegian manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on social media site Twitter, with the agent then reiterating his stance on Tuesday in an interview with talkSPORT clearing the air.

However, now, Pogba’s older brother Mathias has revealed that his sibling wants to bring an end to his stay at the Theater of Dreams, despite, re-joining from Italian club Juventus for a then club-record fee of £89million (€105m) back in 2016.

The 29-year-old Mathias spoke to reporters and admitted that his younger brother is keen on a move away from Old Trafford in the summer as he wants to compete in the top tier level of continental football, “Everyone knows that Paul wants to leave Manchester United, he wants to play Champions League football and win titles, We all know that won’t happen at United. We will see what happens this summer.”
