Jadon Sancho has been reportedly left frustrated with both Dortmund and Manchester United because of the time taken by both parties to agree on a deal. Before the corona pandemic, Sancho was almost sure of moving on from Dortmund to England, especially Manchester United. But it is now reported that the English winger is being forced by Dortmund to release a public statement regarding his future.
A couple of days ago, Michael Zorc, Dortmund’s Sporting Director said in a press meet that the club had plans with Sancho this season. Zorc’s statement sent United fans into a meltdown as they believed that the transfer saga was off. Several Dortmund players have also come out speaking of their happiness about Sancho staying at the club next season.
The Mirror is now reporting that the German club is urging Sancho to release a public statement on his future. Such a move might put an end to the saga or might even cause a new turn in the saga. The Mirror has also earlier reported that Sancho is thinking of handing a transfer request to force his move to United.
With United’s history of having long transfer sagas, the Sancho saga doesn’t seem to end soon.
