Reports claim that English right back Aaron Wan Bissaka has arrived at Carrington to complete his medical ahead of a £50 million move from Crystal Palace.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs reinforcements in order to help Manchester United get back to the summit of English football and constantly win silverware on a regular basis. The Red Devils finished in sixth place on the Premier league table and there is a lot of work to be done by the coaching staff and board members.
Following the arrival of pacey winger Daniel James, United are now close to securing a deal for Crystal Palace right-back Aaron Wan Bissaka by the end of the week. The 21-year-old right back enjoyed a great individual season with the Eagles and looks set to join Old Trafford after agreeing on personal terms.
The English defender has agreed on a six-year deal with the 20 time League champions with an £80,000 a week wage rate. Wan Bissaka will become the sixth most expensive player in United’s history after a £50 million move and his medical which is set to be completed by the end of this week.
United have had major issues in defense and Wan Bissaka has proved that he is a solid defender but can also provide an outlet in attack. Hopefully, he fits in well at Old Trafford after winning the Palace’s Player of the Season and Players’ Player of the Season after enduring a difficult 2018-19 campaign.
