Manchester United FC have been desperate in the lookout of a right-winger, which was reportedly the club’s priority signing. The club has been awful in the transfer market this summer as they have failed to sign any of their priority signings. It has now been reported by ESPN that United target, Gareth Bale, was looking to move to United, before going to Tottenham, but grew impatient with the Red Devils.
Manchester United have been linked to Gareth Bale several times and the case was the same this summer. The Red Devils were again linked to Bale this summer as he desperately wanted to move out of Real Madrid. But as talks with United broke down, Bale’s former club Tottenham Hotspur grabbed the opportunity and signed Bale on-loan.
It has now been reported that Gareth Bale was happy with the idea of joining Manchester United this summer. The Welshman was disappointed though as Ed Woodward took too much time and also wanted to wait till Sancho’s future was guaranteed. Ironically, United haven’t yet placed a bid for Sancho and his move to United is in jeopardy.
Manchester United have been embarrassing this transfer window and have not given Solskjaer any chance of winning silverware this season.
