According to Fichajes, Barcelona is showing interest in Manchester United starlet Alejandro Garnacho.
The 18-year-old has caught the attention of the Catalan outfit due to his recent performances. Blaugrana manager Xavi Hernandez is considering signing the kid next summer.
Garnacho is under contract with the Red Devils until 2025. Recently, Erik ten Hag has given him a couple of chances to play for the club and the Argentine took those chances really well. In the Europa League matchup against Sheriff Tiraspol, Garnacho made his complete debut for the Old Trafford team. He played for 79 minutes until being replaced. A few days later, the 18-year-old helped United beat Real Sociedad with his first goal for the senior team.
Ten Hag gave the young player his league debut against Aston Villa. Although the Argentine was energetic with his moves, the Red Devils fell short at Villa Park.
In our most recent Carabao Cup match against the Lions, Garnacho performed brilliantly. He entered the game at about the hour mark and contributed two assists to United’s 4-2 victory.
The Argentine is a potentially valuable addition to the Old Trafford squad. In recent weeks, he has shown hints of his potential. We’re hoping to be able to hold onto him for a long time.
