Manchester United secured a good win over Burnley to go on top of the table for the first time and the confidence in the camp is certainly elevated with their recent string of results.
Manchester United had a slow start to the game as it felt that they may succumb to an unwanted result but after the half-hour mark, they finally got their groove and created some excellent chances.
Pogba gave Manchester United the lead with a goal that had a little bit of luck coupled with some great technique to put it past Nick Pope.

Manchester United was coming on the back of some amazing form in the Premier League as they had taken a total of 29 points from a possible 33 in the premier league before the Burnley game. Burnley were also coming in with some decent form.
Burnley was looking threatening in the start as they kept a defensively solid shape and pressured up the field to create some great chances.
As the game progressed Manchester United got into their stride as they looked more and more dangerous on the attack. Martial looked sharp against one of his favourite opponents.
He even forced Nick Pope into an excellent save just minutes away from the half-time whistle. The chances started to dry up for Burley as the game progressed.
Pogba finally opened the scoring in the 71st minute with an amazing strike with an assist from Bruno Fernandes. Pogba got a little lucky with the deflection but showed great technique to keep the shot on target.
Manchester United looked like they were in cruise control and the defence put up a great performance. Harry Maguire scored an excellent header which was ultimately ruled offside. Eric Bailly put in some excellent blocks to deny Burnley any meaningful chance.
The supporters and the staff would be really happy with the performance and would look to continue the same form in the next fixture against Liverpool.
