Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo has enlisted the names of three current Manchester United players he admires and he believes that these players have a lot of potentials.
Ronaldo, who has been speaking a lot about the club, had something positive to say about his colleagues. He named Diogo Dalot, Casemiro, and Lisandro Martinez as the players he admires the most at Manchester United.
Casemiro is a player of the highest calibre, thus there is no need to explain his attributes. It is not surprising that the 37-year-old chose the former Real Madrid midfielder who joined the Red Devils this summer because he has worked closely with Ronaldo for much of his career.
One may argue that Diogo Dalot has progressed the most among the current crop of players over the past 12 months. The Portuguese right-back, who was finally given a starting position under Erik ten Hag, has been in fine form.
Let’s go on to Lisandro Martinez now. The 24-year-old Argentinian has effectively dispelled any doubts about his ability to succeed in the Premier League. At least so far, Martinez is perhaps the best signing done by United in the current transfer window. These players will feel more confident after hearing that Ronaldo singled them out for specific praise during the interview.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, he said:
“Diogo Dalot for sure, he’ll have a great career with longevity. Also Martinez and Casemiro. But yes, Dalot is a top professional.”

Currently, many of the players from our squad are busy in preparations ahead of the much-awaited World Cup campaign. Ronaldo will be playing with Diogo Dalot, a player he has named in his conversation.
It was not a surprise to hear the legendary striker pick out the name of the right-back and Dalot may prove him right by displaying brilliant performances for Portugal in the upcoming campaign. Even while Ronaldo’s playing status may not be at its best right now, any team that chooses to underestimate the Portuguese superstar does so at their own risk.
Portugal will be hoping that the 37-year-old can demonstrate once again that he has what it takes to lift his first World Cup trophy with his nation.
