Manchester United are considering allowing Welsh winger Dan James to be shipped out on a loan basis this summer before Tuesday’s deadline day.
The Old Trafford giants have completed the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus on a two-year deal and with the arrival of the big-name forward, James will fall down the pecking order at the club.
Reports from The Sun claim that Manchester United are in line to entertain offers from a number of clubs who have been credited with an interest in landing James which include the likes of Everton, Brighton, Leeds United and Crystal Palace.
There is also the possibility of parting ways with the former Swansea City man on a permanent basis ahead of the deadline day should Ole Gunnar Solskajer receive the right bid for the Wales international who had joined United in the summer of 2019.
Ronaldo’s return to the Manchester United shirt this summer could mean a couple of outgoings from the Red Devils camp with James rumoured to be joined by Jesse Lingard on his way out with the latter subject to interest from West Ham United.
