Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has given an important transfer update regarding Manchester United target Denis Zakaria.
The defensive midfielder is seen as an easy player to sign and he plays at a position where Ralf Rangnick urgently needs to invest, but it does not appear that a deal will take place this month.
Romano said that Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are the major clubs interested in signing him and that a move to the Premier League is unlikely. However, Manchester United has held talks with his agent but there has been no official proposal from our side.

Despite the fact that Zakaria’s contract expires in the summer, Romano claims that Juventus are interested in him and that Monchengladbach’s asking price is €7 million.
Manchester United has been the sole Premier League team in this race and this is due to Liverpool’s decision of pulling out of the transfer race.
Some United fans believe the Swiss player will be a good signing because of his low transfer fee, which makes getting him a ‘no-brainer.’ The Red Devils have the option of approaching Denis Zakaria for a free transfer in the near future, but some supporters believe that waiting until the summer could be costly.
After all, Manchester United’s midfield is in desperate need of some fresh faces, and if they want to compete in the Champions League next season, they’ll need all the tools they can get to make big progress.
Manchester United is said to be extremely cautious to sign anyone at this time because they have yet to choose a permanent manager, with Ralf Rangnick serving as interim manager.

From the start of the window, fans were told that the club would only consider making a deal if any summer targets became available now. However, Zakaria will be continuously linked with Manchester United even if we bring in a new manager by this summer.
