As per Diario AS, Alaves have shown interest in Manchester United winger Facundo Pellistri this summer. Pellistri played for Alaves last season and returned back to Man United pre-season training as his loan contract was completed.
He played a crucial part against Derby Country. He scored a spectacular goal and it showed that he is ready to play at his best level.
United signed the young Uruguayan attacker from Peñarol for just £9m. Since United had a lot of attackers in their squad, they decided to loan him to the Spanish side Deportivo Alavés.

He had a good loan spell last season and it has been reported that Alaves wants to have him back next season as well. United meanwhile will be ready to accept it if the right offer comes through and if they feel that the young winger needs more time for his development.

He just scored his first senior goal for Man United this week and he was pleased with his game. In the post-match interview, he said:
“There are a lot of young talents. All the guys want to improve. The training is really hard, and I’m very happy with that because young guys are trying their best and looking for a place in the first team. I went on loan to Alavés, and I felt good. Now I’m here, trying my best. I’m always pushing forward to be the best I can be. I’m always working hard.”
Meanwhile, Solkjsaer indicated that the club may send Pellistri on loan again. After the first pre-season match against Derby Country, Solkjaer said: “I can see a loan deal for him, there’s been loads of interest, and for his best interests, a loan would be what we look for.”
It will be a good decision to let the player improve more and have more game time. Alaves seems to be a good team for his development and he will surely shine again.
