Dortmund explain Sancho’s situation

Borussia Dortmund are reportedly happy to have kept the services of Jadon Sancho, who had drawn attention from the Premier League. The German club historically has been a club that buys players at cheap, turns them into world beaters and sold them for high prices. But with Jadon Sancho’s rumours linking him to United reducing, the club has decided to speak about Sancho’s situation.

The talismanic winger has racked up huge numbers in the Bundesliga and the Champions League. Sancho is a complete winger, despite his young age, and can do it all on either of the wings. United have been linked with Sancho for over a year now and personal terms have reportedly been agreed between the player and United.

Dortmund gave the Red Devils an ultimatum of 10th of August to complete Sancho’s signing, which has already gone by. A deal is yet to be agreed on between both the clubs and Dortmund CEO has said “We weren’t in a situation where we had to sell at any cost. Clubs noticed that too.”

Sky Sports report that United are still in talks with Dortmund and a sale might come soon. With Dortmund’s signing of Real Madrid player Reinier on-loan for two years, Dortmund are showing signs of preparing for life without Sancho.
