After yet another weak performance and a poor result against Istanbul Basaksehir, Manchester United travel to Everton in the Premier League. The Red Devils have lost their last couple of games and are low in confidence, but it is also the same with Everton. With all the rumours around Solskjaer’s job, the Norwegian will look to put forward a statement of intent at Merseyside.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will look to make things good at Manchester United with a few changes in the starting XI. Carlo Ancelotti will also be looking to get things back on track at Everton after a great start to the Premier League season. It might finally come down to tactics, as Ancelotti is a tactical genius and Solskjaer is yet to prove himself.
The likes of Bruno Fernandes and Anthony Martial have a lot to prove as they have had a slow start to the season. United have been bad at both ends of the goal and will need to win to have Solskjaer as their manager. It is high time now for the entire team to take a stand for the manager as insecurity looms around the Norwegian.
