Gary Neville slams Woodward and Glazers in latest interview

Manchester United legend Gary Neville has demanded the Glazer family have no bearing in Manchester any longer after the declaration of Ed Woodward’s resignation from the club.

He feels that the owners have caused deep-rooted problems in the club and will never be forgiven for this.

The news comes in the consequence of the bombed endeavor at the making of the European Super League as fans firmly denounced the club’s activities. Allies let their emotions be known both via online media and face to face, as they ran to Old Trafford in a fight.

Woodward and the Glazers were said to have had a vital influence in the designs for a European Super League and it left fans totally appalled by their activities. Neville picked this event to be the first occasion when he genuinely stands up against the two players and allies were completely satisfied with him.

Neville said (via The Mirror ) said: “We obviously don’t know why the timing is now. The leeches could have thrown him under a bus, there’s no doubt about that. Or it could be that the sensible thing has happened, that Ed Woodward knew it was going to get too hot in the kitchen for him in the next few months and he needed to get out of there. The fact of the matter is that not just Woodward, but every single executive that sits at the Premier League table, every single executive that’s on these UEFA or FIFA committees, they need throwing out of that club because there’s no way they can be trusted. Ed Woodward knew his time in football was finished, probably this morning, and he’s probably done that to keep away from the criticism that would’ve come his way in the next few months. However, Ed Woodward is the trunk of the tree, we now need to go for the roots. I said last night I felt complicit, they’ve declared their hand. While they were sat at the club never making a statement, never showing their hands, never doing media conferences, yes they were taking money out of the club, yes they’ve leveraged against the club, there’s nothing we can do about that once the club became a PLC. They attacked every single football fan in this country with what they did. The Glazers have no place in Manchester anymore. We have to work hard together to ensure that ownership rules in this country are changed, that we have a system whereby this cannot happen. Whether that’s Government intervention, independent regulator, whether it be a fan-owned club rule, whatever it is – we have to make sure that this is the catalyst for change. The people have spoken. We were on the brink of anarchy if this continued.”

As Neville brings up, fans can’t get too agreeable and should finish until the end, guaranteeing Woodward leaves as well as the Glazer family also. The issues with their possession have been for quite some time archived and now is the ideal opportunity to gain by any expected change.

All things considered, when else will there be the point at which the entire fanbase is joined together and even have the help of the general footballing world to compel an adjustment of proprietorship?

Such propaganda by the rich has to be fought with if it harms the sport and the fans. This fight has been won by the fans and they know that now the club should be placed in the right hands so that it can grow with footballing values in the future.
