Jadon Sancho has agreed on personal terms with Manchester United

Manchester United FC have been linked with Sancho all season-long and this story has had its share of plot twists. Sancho wanted to leave Dortmund but the officials at Dortmund didn’t want to let go of their talismanic youngster. It is now reported that Jadon Sancho has agreed on terms with Manchester United and a transfer is on its way.

Borussia Dortmund don’t want Sancho to leave and want him to stay at Germany for at least one more season. The  German club value Sancho at about £100m to drive away interest from bigger clubs from the Premier League. United seem determined to sign the winger, but not at what Dortmund are demanding for Sancho because of the pandemic.

Jadon Sancho has been tearing apart the Bundesliga and the Champions League for the past couple of seasons for Dortmund. He has attracted a lot of attention from big clubs, but United seem to lead the line to sign the Englishman. The teenager has seemingly liked the idea of joining United and becoming the poster-boy of their rebuild.

It is now being reported that Jadon Sancho has agreed on personal terms with Manchester United with a 5-year deal. According to reports, Sancho will be earning £140,000 per week, which could rise to £200,000 adding bonuses. Sancho’s agent was busy with Bukayo Saka’s contract at Arsenal and now wants to concentrate on Sancho.

But with personal terms agreed to means only half the job is done for the Red Devils. Manchester United haven’t yet done a deal with Borussia Dortmund and the clubs are yet to agree on a transfer fee. The Red Devils’ officials also came out with a statement that the club won’t spend over £50m for Jadon Sancho.

Although the statement might be a hoax, it will surely ring a bell in Dortmund’s ears to drive prices down. But the statement will get most United fans panicking as the club has been linked with Sancho all season long.

It is reported that Dortmund won’t agree for about £50m for Sancho but the statement might be a trick from United officials. With personal terms agreed the ball is in United’s court and it depends on the officials to get a deal done.
