Jadon Sancho has been Manchester United’s priority signing this summer but the club haven’t signed him yet. Recently there were reports that United had placed a bid for Sancho, but these were quickly deemed as untrue and the club were only about to but a bid. It is now being reported by The Scottish Sun that Sancho has started pushing for a move.
It has been reported that Jadon Sancho didn’t even board Dortmund’s flight for their game against Bayern Munich last night. Sancho wasn’t a part of the Dortmund squad and has been reportedly facing a ‘breathing problem’ which kept him out of the squad. He had tested for COVID-19, but didn’t reported negative of the virus, meaning he might have started to push for a move to United.
It is now being reported that Dortmund have agreed to lower their price to about £95m, from their original £108m evaluation. As the transfer window has reached its end, United are panicking to get signings done quickly. With Sancho pushing for a move and Dortmund lowering their price, this has to be the best time for the Red Devils to put in a bid and have it accepted.
With only four days to go in the transfer window, Manchester United must get the Sancho signing done as soon as possible.
