Juventus are rumored to be on the verge of signing Paul Pogba for the second time on a free transfer.
According to Sky Sports, the Turin club is ‘close to finalizing a deal that will see the 29-year-old midfielder sign a three-year contract with Juve and become one of the club’s best earners.
Pogba’s departure from Manchester United was formally announced a few days back, and he appears to be on his way to Juventus, just as he did when his Old Trafford contract expired as a teenager.
Between 2012 and 2016, the France international won four Scudetti with Juve before joining United for a world record £89 million costs.
Despite his evident skill, Pogba was never able to maintain a consistent level of performance in the Premier League and became a much-talking figure during his six-year stint.

Following the death of Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, Rafaela Pimenta has taken over the discussions, and it is expected that all of the legalities will be finished soon, allowing Juventus to beat out PSG for their former player.
Juventus are ready to offer Paul Pogba a salary worth £8m per season plus add-ons guaranteed.
Juventus manager Max Allegri is said to have played a significant role in persuading Pogba to stay in Turin, and the coach will be hoping that the talented midfielder can help the Old Lady reclaim their Serie A title after losing ground to AC Milan and Inter Milan in recent seasons.
