As per transfer news from ESPN, Juventus will offer Paulo Dybala or Cristiano Ronaldo to Manchester United in a swap deal for Paul Pogba.
The Italian side is battling with financial issues and is wanting to offer one of their own stars to re-sign their former midfielder. The French midfielder is in the last year of his current contract at United. With him conceivably set to leave on a free transfer one year from now, the Red Devils have a significant choice to make this late spring.
Juventus, presently under the management of Massimiliano Allegri, are quick to revamp their midfield. The Turin monsters went through a bad season and will be quick to build their team ahead of the next season.
Pogba is no more new to Turin, having shined through four seasons at Juventus. Truth be told, it was the Italian side that Pogba always admired to play for. Still whether United will let him go or keep him tied with a new contract, is still not clear.
Obviously, Juventus need their former star back. Nonetheless, with funds on the other end being the main problem, they are seeing swap deals as the solution to it.
To sign Pogba, Juve is offering either Ronaldo or Dybala in an interesting swap deal. Dybala is in a similar circumstance as Pogba while Ronaldo has been connected with a move back to United.
Anyone would agree that Pogba on his day is among the best players in world football. While Ronaldo’s return would be the stuff of dreams, he is past his best years now. Nor is Dybala in the best form.
Manchester United will do well to keep Pogba at Old Trafford. All things considered, we need to take a look at the future and not remember the wonders of the past.
