Daniel James turned out to be a huge fan favourite in his first couple of months with goals and assists. But the Welshman’s growth has been hindered, much due to the emergence of fellow United right-winger, Mason Greenwood. It is now being reported by the Football Insider that Leeds United are keen on signing Dan James for Manchester United and will place a bid soon.
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reportedly wants Dan James sold, to raise funds for Jadon Sancho. It was earlier reported that Solskjaer wanted to sell Dan James but the United board refused to sell the young winger. James just doesn’t seem to get along at United as he is very one-dimensional.
It is now being reported that Leeds United are now very keen on signing Dan James after hearing his fallout with Solskjaer. Leeds are believed to be preparing a bid of about £25m for Dan James, which might also be a ‘take it or leave it’ offer. United should take this offer if a bid comes in as it will be helpful to generate funds to further signings.
Dan James just doesn’t seem to have the mettle to make it big at Manchester United and thus United should sell him soon.
