Leicester City vs Manchester United – Man Utd Predicted Lineups | FA Cup 20-21

Much of the focus of this weekend’s FA Cup fixture list would be on two in-form sides going up against each other with Leicester City playing hosts to Manchester United on Sunday afternoon at the King Power Stadium.

Ole Gunnar Solskajer’s men were most recently involved in securing their progress further into the UEFA Europea League courtesy of a narrow one-goal win over AC Milan after a stalemate in the first leg.

Heading into the weekend clash, the United gaffer is expected to make some major changes to his XI as Solskajer would hope certain fringe first-teamer strive to make an impact when given some valuable minutes out on the pitch.

Let us now take a look at how Solskjaer may set his team up for the forthcoming FA Cup tie-

4-2-3-1

Dean Henderson is all but expected to continue manning the sticks for the Red Devils in the extended absence of the first-choice David de Gea.

Some changes could be seen in the four-man backline for United as Victor Lindelof and Luke Shaw could very well give way for the inclusion of Eric Bailey and Alex Telles.

In the centre of the park, the returns of Paul Pogba and Donny van de Beek provides Solskajer with an array of midfield options and Pogba’s recent heroics could mean the Frenchman’s drifting back into the XI on Sunday.

Solskjaer will ponder over the striker role being given to either the young Mason Greenwood or the veteran presence of Edinson Cavani with the latter tipped to assume the No.9 role ahead of the England starlet.
