Manchester United FC face Sevilla, led by Julen Lopetegui, in the semi-final of the Europa League later tonight in Cologne, Germany. The Red Devils have played well in the Europa League and are considered as one of the favourites to win the title. But before the game begins on the pitch, Lopetegui has already started playing mind games with his compatriot, Solskjaer.
Sevilla are also in great form and haven’t lost a game since football restarted in June. On the other hand, United have lost only one game since the restart and look dangerous going forward with the likes of Fernandes and Martial. The Red Devils are expected to grind out a victory despite Sevilla’s great from lately.
Sevilla manager, Lopetegui, has already piled pressure on United with his words when he got to know his team will face United in the semi-final. He said: “I think this United is the best United of the last few years, they have found their football. They have not lost since January in the Premier League, which is such a competitive league, and they are in the right place.”
The Red Devils have their final chance of picking up silverware in the Europa League but will have their toughest game of the season against Sevilla.
