Manchester United FC have been in the lookout of a left-back this summer after the continuous injuries of Luke Shaw last season. The lookout seems to have finally ended, as the Red Devils have agreed on terms with one of their targets. It is being reported by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano that Porto have agreed on a fee with Manchester United for Alex Telles.
Alex Telles has been under Manchester United’s radar for quite some time now, especially due to the need of another left-footed left-back. It was earlier reported that Porto had rejected a bid from Manchester United, as soon as a couple of hours ago. But it seems that the Red Devils have finally made an agreement with Porto for their talisman, Alex Telles.
Romano has tweeted out that an agreement has been finally reached with a transfer fee of about €15m. Even the medicals are reportedly scheduled for later tonight at Carrington as a move nears by for the left-back. This should be a great signing for Manchester United as the team badly needs another left-footed defender.
