According to the Express, Manchester United are prepared to sell up to 13 players this summer. The ongoing takeover battle involving Sheikh Jassim and Sir Jim Ratcliffe adds uncertainty to the available transfer budget for manager Erik ten Hag.
Nevertheless, Ten Hag aims to secure a striker, midfielder, and goalkeeper. However, the club’s budget have reportedly been reduced due to Financial Fair Play regulations.
Consequently, the Dutch boss intends to generate funds by offloading several first-team players. The report identifies 13 players who are either listed for sale or open to leave Man United this summer.
United are willing to consider offers for several players, including high-profile names such as Jadon Sancho and Harry Maguire. It is stated that United would listen to offers of around £40 million for Maguire, while Sancho has a price tag of £45 million.
