Mason Mount’s potential transfer to Manchester United has divided the opinions of the club’s supporters.
While some fans have mixed views on the move, many believe that Erik ten Hag, the current manager of Manchester United, has earned their trust due to his achievements since joining the club last year.
Mount has been the subject of intense speculation regarding his future as the upcoming summer transfer window approaches.
It is understood that the 24-year-old and his representatives have reached an agreement on personal terms with United. However, no transfer fee has been agreed upon between the two clubs.

With only 13 months remaining on his contract, Mount finds himself in a precarious situation at Stamford Bridge. While incoming manager Mauricio Pochettino expressed hope that Mount would stay at Chelsea, the club is open to letting him go this summer in order to secure a significant return on their investment.
Erik Ten Hag and his recruitment team are aiming to make two significant signings during the upcoming transfer window.
Their top priority is to bring in England captain Harry Kane as a new striker, while Mason Mount is also their preferred choice for a midfield addition.
Although Mount has not had his best season, contributing only five goals and assists in 24 appearances, he has often stood out as a key player for Chelsea in recent years.
His overall record for the club includes 33 goals and 37 assists in 195 games across all competitions. He has also represented England 36 times and participated in two major tournaments.

No issues with signing Mount, if Mr. Ten Hag wants him, I'm in for that too…..

Well I always thought he was over rated and never understood why Southgate insisted on playing him. Now he’s on his way to United? I’m gonna have to trust ETH knows what he’s doing……

Disappointed if I'm honest, I think that money could be spent on strengthening a different position. I like Mount but its an expensive signing for a player that's not been able to get in a poor Chelsea team.

Premium price for English players needed to fill the squad quota. Will rotate with Erikson and replace Van de Beek. By no means turns us into title contenders but definitely strengthens the squad. Champions league experience also.

Good addition. Can rotate in for both Bruno and Erikson, better age profile than both and higher quality than the current rotation.
If it’s true, it’s promising that we’re actually moving in the market with ownership decision in the air.— DJ Ryan (@Dav3JRyan) May 31, 2023
Wonder if he will convince Rice to come with him 🤔 would be excellent business for us
