According to the French newspaper Jeunes Footeux, the 25-year-old has the potential to become one of the finest in the world at his position.
Majer made an impression on the largest platform in the world by participating in each of Croatia’s seven games in Qatar. He was a standout performer throughout their World Cup campaign. This might have earned him some much-needed attention from the top clubs in England.
He has scored eight goals and provided 12 assists in 59 outings for the Ligue 1 team since moving to Rennes from Dinamo Zagreb in 2021. Erik ten Hag has kept an eye on the Rennes midfielder as he is a technically strong player.
Majer works extremely hard off the ball, which is a need for anyone who plays for Ten Hag. Since a few years ago, the attacking midfielder has demonstrated his ability to deliver regularly at the top level.
