Premier League giants Manchester United are set to offer English forward Marcus Rashford a staggering new long term deal to keep him down at the club for a number of seasons.
The Red Devils have a mammoth task ahead of them in the summer transfer window as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs to rebuild his squad in order to get Manchester United back to competing for major honors.
United finished in sixth place on the Premier League and suffered a few embarrassing defeats throughout the campaign which showed the world that they need a revamp of their squad but also keep hold of a few star players that can take them to the next level.
One player who has shown tremendous ability and talent is young English forward Marcus Rashford but with impressive performances comes interest from the biggest of clubs in the European continent. Barcelona and Juventus are reportedly keeping tabs on 21-year-old and looking to lure Rashford away from Old Trafford.
Rashford is surprisingly on a relatively low wage rate as he earns around £80,000 a week and is demanding a high salary if he wants to remain at the club. The 20 time League champions are now prepared to offer a stunning new long term deal which will keep Rashford at the club and end any transfer speculation.
Reports claim that the Manchester United striker will be offered up to £300,000 a week to continue playing his football at Old Trafford. With Belgian forward Romelu Lukaku on his way out of the club, Rashford could be the main striker and he would have to step up his game to finally fulfill his potential.
