Manchester United Are Willing to Offload Alexis Sanchez On Loan By Paying AS Roma

According to the latest reports, Premier League giants Manchester United are prepared to pay money to Serie A club AS Roma in order to take the Chilean forward on loan.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and the Red Devils kick started their Premier League campaign with a bang after hammering fierce rivals Chelsea 4-0 on the opening day of the season. But the Norwegian boss still has his work cut out because there are plenty of players that are not contributing to the success of the team.

One player who is unable to get anything positive done at Old Trafford is Alexis Sanchez following his arrival at the club from Arsenal over 18 months ago. The 30-year-old has not managed to fit in with United’s style of play and is reportedly labeled as a negative influence by Solskjaer.

On Tuesday, Sanchez had a bust up with club mate Mason Greenwood on the training ground which also put him further under the radar. Sanchez’ high wage rate is also something that United are unable to afford and therefore the club is trying to get rid of him before the European transfer deadline closes on September 2nd.

United are now in the process of negotiating what needs to be done with Sanchez because even if the banish him to the reserves team; they will still have to pay his wages. So the 20-time League champions are looking to loan him out to Italian club AS Roma.

However, Roma is not willing to pay Sanchez’ high wages which means that United will have to pay a small percentage of Sanchez’ wages to the Serie A outfit in order to loan out the star striker.
