Manchester United report at Germany for the rest of the Europa League

Manchester United have gone through to the quarter-final stages of the Europa League, which will all be played in one-off ties. There won’t be two-legged ties and thus all the rest of the knock-out stages of Europa League will be played in Germany. Solskjaer has decided that the team will rather stay at Germany till the time they remain intact in the tournament.

The United squad has travelled to Cologne, where they have their next match against Copenhagen FC tonight. The entire Red Devils squad has arrived in Germany except for Phil Jones, who is suffering from a knee injury, and will look after the injury in England. Victor Lindelof, who was absent of United’s last game’s matchday-squad has also travelled and is fit to play again.

The players reached Germany last morning and have even had a training season under their belts. The players were spotted in a new travel kit which looks appealing to the eye. All the pictures were even pictured coming off the plane after reaching the Cologne airport.

The Red Devils are likely to field a strong starting XI because of the one-off tie and are one of the favourites to win the tournament. Only time will tell if the Red Devils will conjure up their first trophy under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer or if they will have to wait for another year.
