As reported by Sky Sports, Manchester United loanee Amad Diallo scored a beautiful goal for Sunderland in a 2-1 loss to Coventry.
The Ivorian attacker started the game and gave United supporters a thrilling display. All throughout the game, Diallo’s superb passing and link-up play were on full display.
He consistently pressed on the opposition defenders and was easily finding empty spaces in the defence. Diallo delivered three long balls with 100% accuracy. The 20-year-old attempted six dribbles, and, five of them were successful.
Diallo, who also displayed shrewd defensive play, prevailed in eight of the 11 ground duels. The youngster made a critical interception in addition to winning two tackles.
The spectacular goal Diallo scored late in the game served as icing on the cake for the young attacker. The fact that the goal was simply a consolation for Tony Mowbray’s team should not be ignored.

With the visitors behind the game 2-0, Diallo received the ball on his preferred right side of the box.
He kept it under control before releasing it in a whipping, curling attempt that found the top-left corner of the Coventry net. The goalkeeper had no chance of stopping that pearler.
Diallo has tallied eight goals and three assists for Sunderland since joining on loan from United this season.
The young attacker will definitely be hoping that Erik ten Hag notices his contributions to Sunderland and offers him the chance to shine for the Red Devils in light of the ongoing demand for him to be included in the United first squad.
