Marcus Rashford becomes fourth Youngest player to reach 250 appearances

It almost seems like Marcus Rashford is ready to break a record in every second match that he plays as he became the 4th youngest player to gain 250 caps for Manchester United.

Just recently he surpassed Eric Cantona’s goal tally for Manchester United and is only a few behind that of David Beckham’s tally and it is almost certain that will be achieved at least by the end of this season.

Rashford has contributed not just on but also off the field and is a role model for all the youngsters who want to make it big in the world of professional football. Rashford’s charitable work is just as important as his accolades on the field if not more.

Rashford is a prime example of the kind of character and personality that one must have if they are to survive the harsh terrain of English football as the fans and media can be really brutal at times when things simply don’t go your way.

Norman Whiteside is the youngest player to have reached the 250 game mark at the age of 22 years and 192 days George Best was the second to reach the 250-game milestone at the age of 22 years and 199 days. Ryan Giggs comes in third at 22 years 301 days followed by Marcus Rashford who now becomes the 4th Youngest player to ever complete 250 caps for Manchester United.

Manchester United has had a great history of developing as well as giving chances to youngsters who are hungry and prove themselves over time. This is certainly a good sign for the club and football in general.
