Marcus Rashford shares a piece of advice with the budding United stars

Marcus Rashford has shared a piece of advice to the current crop of young Manchester United players by stating that they should train harder to make the most of their opportunities.

The 25-year-old has established himself in the senior team after rising through the club’s youth divisions. And over time, the academy alum has grown stronger and stronger.

Rashford advised United’s young prospects to adapt themselves to the ferocity of the games. On the field, he wants the kids to play how they naturally play.

As reported by the club’s official website, the English star said:

“Just train how you would play. You have to get used to the intensity that this team plays at and the only way to do that is to just do it in training. And then when the game does come it’s not going to be a surprise to you.”

“You know what the intensity is like, you know what the strength of the players is like and then you just have to express yourself when you go out there. Don’t be nervous or anything like that. It’s a big moment for you so you just want to enjoy it.”

The Old Trafford team currently has a number of promising talents among its ranks. With his recent cameos off the bench, Alejandro Garnacho has captivated the majority of the supporters. In recent weeks, the 18-year-old has grown into his own.

Every time the young Argentine has entered the field, he has had an impact. The forward’s directness and vigour have changed the left wing.

In a 3-0 victory over Sheriff Tiraspol in the Europa League last month, Garnacho made his complete debut for the Red Devils. The Argentine then scored his first goal for United against Real Sociedad in the UEL a few days later.

His second-half substitution against Aston Villa in the Carabao Cup altered the outcome of the match. He contributed two assists to the Old Trafford team’s 4-2 triumph. And the forward scored the game-winning goal in stoppage time against Fulham in the Premier League last week.

Zidane Iqbal and Charlie Savage, among others, attracted a lot of attention throughout the preseason. Additionally, we have several talented players on loan. Hannibal Mejbri, Ethan Laird, Alvaro Fernandez, and Amad Diallo are all growing well.

Rashford made his United debut during the 2016–17 season. Additionally, the academy graduate has seemed to find his best form under Erik ten Hag after being unimpressive last season.

The English star has experienced both highs and lows. The forward will hopefully have a successful stint with his national side in the upcoming World Cup campaign.
