Marcus Rashford Wants To Stay Amid PSG links

As revealed by a well known journalist, Manchester United winger Marcus Rashford has decided to stay at Old Trafford amid links with Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

The English superstar was a vital player for the Red Devils last season. He scored 30 goals and signed a new five-year deal to extend his stay at his boyhood club.

However, the 26-year-old has found the back of the net just eight times this season.

Although he has been a regular player for Erik ten Hag’s side, he has not been at his best in terms of contributing more through attacking moves.

French giants PSG are willing to sign Rashford to fill the huge void left by Kylian Mbappe. The striker is close to joining Real Madrid, and it is just a matter of months before he makes his official move as a free agent.

It would be a huge gap to fill and the Ligue 1 side believes that Rashford has the pedigree to lead their front line.

But as per a recent revelation by the Sun, the Man United academy graduate has decided to stay at the Theatre of Dreams and show his worth to the new ownership.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe rates the English ace very highly and they could be more than happy if the player continues to contribute to the club.

The winger still has to enter the prime years of his career. He has the backing of United staff and there is no pressure on him to prove himself.

In our opinion, PSG must look for other options as Rashford seems untouchable at the moment. The French giants might be looking for other options as well since they will save huge amount of wages via Mbappe’s departure.

Meanwhile, Man United will continue to move ahead with Rashford by their side. He has performed exceptionally well against the bigger sides and his experience will help the youngsters to grow in confidence.

The Red Devils have no reasons to worry since the attacker has signed a huge contract last year and moving to a new club won’t come cheap.

The player himself has revealed his desire to perform even better for the club. These statements do justify the fact that the English ace feels like home in the Red side of Manchester.
