Manchester United have been linked to many young talents across Europe and are forming a pretty great youth system.
The signings of Amad Diallo and Facundo Pellistrini also hint in the same direction as these are ones for the future rather than the present.
Ole Gunnar Solksjaer has voiced high praises for both of the new arrivals and it remains to see what happens to their future.
Manchester United have revved up their squad with some key summer acquisition in the form of Edison Cavani, Donny van de Beek, and even Alex Telles. Manchester United and Ole Gunnar Solksjaer will now be focusing more on letting some of the players leave so that a proper revamp is on the cards.
In conversation with skysports Solksjaer said, “We’re not here for a quick fix, we have players who have a long-term role to play.”
Most of their recent transfers seem in line with this though one may question whether Edinson Cavani was really long-term.
Nonetheless, Cavani has also had a decent impact in this Manchester United side while Donny van de Beek is still trying to get some proper game time under his belt but with the current midfield form that may look a bit difficult.
Manchester United seems like they have got some decent options when it comes to the midfield and the attack and may just want to bolster their side more defensively. Eric Bailly has provided some stellar performances whenever he has been fit but he has had to deal with a lot of injury issues and that can always be a headache for any manager.
Ole has been at the club long enough to understand the inner functioning and it seems really refreshing that they have a long-term vision for the club.
