Paul Pogba states that Manchester United not at Liverpool level

Paul Pogba has seen a recent return to form where he has put in some amazing performances and even helped seal the victory against a resolute Burnley side.

The French international feels that Manchester United still has a decent way to go if they are to be able to call themselves serious contenders for the Premier League title this season and the clash against Liverpool will be a major obstacle.

In an exclusive interview with Sky Sports, he said,

“Obviously we cannot say now we are at the same level as them because they won the Premier League and keep winning so the day we win – that is when we say we are at the same level.”

Paul Pogba had a tough start to the season as he had to recover from the virus and was initially finding it hard to get his pace right but as the season has progressed, he seems to have rediscovered his old form.

Pogba has managed to silence many of his critics especially after a torrid start but has kept his head in the right place and is enjoying his form of late along with a charismatic Bruno alongside him in the midfield.

There has been a lot of chaos surrounding Pogba’s future with the Red Devils especially after his agent Mino Raiola made some controversial statements in public but at the moment it looks like Paul Pogba is enjoying his time at Old Trafford.

In the interview that he gave to Sky sports one can also see the earnestness and zeal with which he is speaking so fingers crossed he does commit his future to the club and they can form a really long and memorable bond.
