Paul Pogba has had a poor start to the season on the field but is having a torrid time of it. The Frenchman has been at the centre of a lot of talk regarding his future as well as his recent performances for Manchester United. In his recent interview with RTL, Pogba talked about his recent form and how he likes playing for the French national side.
It was earlier reported that Deschamps had also talked about Pogba’s current form and his unhappiness at Old Trafford. Pogba has already conceded a couple of penalties for Manchester United and his performances have been anything near his best. His recent interview has done him no good as he has again not talked well about his situation at Manchester United.
In his talk, Pogba said: “I had never known such a difficult period in my career. The France team is a breath of fresh air, the group is exceptional, it’s magic.”
Such a statement will surely not sit well with Solksjaer, the United fanbase or the United squad, and Pogba should be more responsible with what he says when he is out on international duty.
The World Cup winner’s future at Old Trafford seems grim as he isn’t currently in the United starting lineup. Pogba needs to get his act together big time as his superstar status is at stake.
