Manchester United FC legend, Paul Scholes has turned into a TV presenter after hanging his boots with the Red Devils. The former United midfielder has been blunt while taking aim at United players and seems to have come up with another verdict. Scholes believes that Solskjaer is ready to move Lingard on and has shown that after taking him off just after he scored.
Jesse Lingard has scored in consecutive games now having scored only two in the entire season. The 27-year old Englishman has scored only four goals this season playing a total of 39 times for United. Paul Scholes has described Lingard as “Recently, he’s not been good enough” and also believes that Solskjaer is thinking about selling him this summer.
Scholes has also gone on to say that “To bring him off after an hour when he definitely won’t start on Monday that was a little sign.” Lingard is having the worst season of his career and it is almost sure of Solskjaer moving him on. Many believe that the winger is also set for a move out of United having appointed Mino Raiola as his agent.
With about two months left in the transfer market to close, Lingard is more or less ready to look for a new destination.
