The French international’s representative worked up the debate this week when he announced his client’s time at the club to be “finished”
Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has hit back at his faultfinders following seven days in which his representative Mino Raiola made it clear he needs to leave Old Trafford. Raiola produced a lot of contention when he guaranteed his Pogba’s experience with the club was “finished” for the current week and talked up an exchange before his agreement terminates in the late spring of 2022.
Pogba fell off the seat and scored against RB Leipzig in midweek, yet couldn’t forestall United from slamming out of the Champions League. Solksjaer was not fazed by the comments of the manager and made it pretty clear in his post-match interview.
Pogba would then begin in Saturday’s derby against Man City, which finished in a boring 0-0 draw. Pogba got to play the whole 90 minutes and he did well too with the ball.
After that game, Pogba ended his silence on his future with a post on Instagram in which he guaranteed Man Utd allies that he is “1000%” dedicated to the reason at Old Trafford.
Pogba then followed by saying: “I’ve always fought and will always fight for Manchester United, my team-mates and the fans. Bla-Bla is not important. The future is far, today is what matters and I am 1000% involved! Always strong together.. all has been clear between the club and me and that will never change. When you don’t know what’s going on inside, don’t talk.”
Pogba has therefore shut the critics wrong and made sure he is well focused on the team and give his best. A high-quality response from the player. Solksjaer will be pleased by this attitude.
