Pogba reveals the major difference between Solksjaer and Mourinho

Paul Pogba can’t clarify why his relationship with Jose Mourinho went bad at Manchester United, yet claims to have a vastly different bond with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Pogba was United’s marquee signing, a deal done on 2016-17 during Mourinho’s first season in control at the club – and helped the Red Devils to a Europa League title in that season. It was Manchester United’s first Europa League trophy.

However Mourinho’s subsequent term neglected to satisfy hopes and, after a troublesome beginning to the 2018-19 season, the previous Chelsea and Real Madrid chief was fired, with Solskjaer supplanting him, prior to occupying the job as the coach of the first-team.

Mourinho’s relationship with individuals from United’s crew was said to have decayed, with many players talking about it and now Pogba has opened up about his strange relationship with Mourinho.

Pogba while talking to SkySports said: “What I have now with Ole is different, he wouldn’t go against the players. He wouldn’t go against the players. Maybe Ole wouldn’t pick them, but it’s not like he puts them on the side like they don’t exist anymore. That’s the difference between Mourinho and Ole. Once I had a great relationship with Mourinho, everybody saw that, and the next day you don’t know what happened. That’s the strange thing I had with Mourinho and I cannot explain to you because even I don’t know.”

In spite of the fact that Mourinho has since left United, Pogba’s future were always up in the air due to his past issues with the club. His representative, Mino Raiola, has made a few cases that the 28-year-old wishes to leave the club, and the midfielder’s agreement is fulfilled toward the finish of next season. But it seems that he is happy to stay with United.

As far as concerns Pogba, he uncovered he makes the most of his relationship with Solskjaer, while as yet being unaware regarding why he and Mourinho neglected to get along, however, indicated he doesn’t accept the Portuguese’s man style was right.
