As reported by Daily Star, The Manchester police have been kept on high alert as there are rumors that the Manchester United fans are planning for another huge protest against the Glazers on Saturday.
Last May, United fans gathered in huge numbers of about 10,000 to protest against the Glazers, and coincidently it happened just before the Liverpool game which was then abandoned.
Manchester United has been working closely with the Greater Manchester Police to ensure that all their games are played without any disruption. The police authorities were questioned last time, as many fans were able to break away and enter the stadium with ease.

Despite the police having the knowledge that such protest is certain to occur, they were still outnumbered by the fans. The first protest was against the proposed European Super League and Glazer’s participation in the corrupted project.
The Glazers then tried to win the fate of United fans by signing top-class players like Jadon Sancho, Raphael Varane, and Cristiano Ronaldo, but it seems that the fans are more clever than the owner. They are not ready to accept them at any cost.
The primary reason for such hatred is due to the owner’s financial strategy. They have been taking loans that are way beyond the club’s profit and then increasing the debt of the club. The club has been run poorly by this American businessman who is more interested in money rather than football.
It was reported that the club has a debt of about £443.5m this year alone and the biggest shocking point is that the club was relatively debt-free before the Glazers took over way back in 2005.
As Solskjaer is running out of ideas and his players and the fans are losing hope in him, it has mounted more pressure on the board to take an action. The poor results in recent matches have landed the club and its owners into more trouble.
Will this protest bring in a mindful change or will be it be pulled down as usual? The coming week will have the answer.
