Romelu Lukaku came onto the scene as a youngster where he took the footballing world by storm with his stints as a player for Chelsea, Everton, and Manchester United.
Towards the end of his playing days at Manchester United, he had been heavily criticised because he lacked finesse and his first touch wasn’t always the greatest amongst his teammates.
After Ole Gunnar Solksjaer took over from Jose Mourinho permanently Lukaku was shipped off to Inter Milan subsequently where he seems to have revived his career as a prolific striker.
Romelu Lukaku has scored 23 goals and given 5 assists across 30 games in all competitions for Inter Milan this season.
Lukaku has become a feared striker and has put his Manchester United days behind him where he struggled to bring any consistency to his game even though he got the odd goals from time to time.
Things were pretty heated towards the end of his tenure as a Manchester United player but his latest tweets reveal that he has nothing but admiration for the current Manchester United manager.
He is doing great. You guys have to know i love him as a manager and as a person and i wish him nothing but the best 💯 https://t.co/v87W0Xb69J

Lukaku’s relationship with the management at the club had turned sour when they started to deploy him as a winger and he knew that it was time for him to find a new club elsewhere.
He also admitted that Ole understood the Belgian’s decision to want a move away from the club even though he didn’t want him to leave and he respects the Norwegian for understanding his decision.
Ashley Young, Lukaku, and Sanchez are some of the Manchester United outcasts who found their new homes in Inter Milan under Antonio Conte.
