The everyday reports of Sancho linked to United just do not seem to end even if Dortmund chiefs have stated that he will be staying. With every passing day, the chances of Sancho moving to Old Trafford are getting slimmer. Last night, Dortmund Chief, Sebastian Kehl, again stressed on the fact that Sancho will surely stay at Dortmund next season.
Jadon Sancho to Manchester United has been the most highlighted deal of this summer’s transfer window because of the money involved in it. Dortmund have set a price tag of £108m on Jadon Sancho this summer, and are confident that he will stay. United, on the other hand, want to sign Sancho, but do not want to give in to Dortmund’s high demands sighting the pandemic scenario.
Reportedly, Sancho has his heart set at United but is unlikely to force a move out of Germany. Last night, Sebastien Kehl spoke to Goal, where he said that “Jadon is happy to stay. He has a contract until 2023. I see him on the pitch and he is very happy. Everyone is very happy to have him. He is going to be here for at least one more season.”
These words have put the United fan base into a panic mode and they have not been shy of putting out their disgust in social media. If United want to have any chance of challenging in competitions next season they need to act smartly and quickly in the transfer market.
